Thanks to TMG!

Since we've moved our office to Monteverde Street, we find a hard time looking for a parking space. It is because Monteverde Street is packed with so many banks and stores selling at wholesale and trucks and cars just come and go.

Banks are allowed to reserve only one slot of parking space for armored cars. The bank manager does not have this privilege.

The scarce parking space is aggravated by the fact that banks reserve parking spaces not only for their armored cars but for the bank manager as well. We called the Traffic Management Group (TMG) earlier this morning to complain about this certain bank who practiced such unfair doing.

5 minutes after the telephone conversation with TMG, a respondent came. I wasn't able to take pictures of the scence because of such quick response! I commend the TMG for solving such problem in a little less than 15 minutes from making the complaint.

Other issues noted:

1. The TMG made it clear that banks can reserve only one parking slot for their armored cars. (The parking slot that I am talking about is one which is beside the the road or sidewalk, parking lots and spaces which are provided by buildings are not covered).
2. The bank does not have to pay the TMG for such reservation. Earlier, the security guard of this certain bank insisted that they are allowed to reserve two parking slots contending that they have paid for it. The TMG clarified that banks can reserve only one parking slot and there is no payment involved in it!

I am happy to have witnessed equity and justice served in the heat of this early Wednesday morning. (--,)
