RCBC Access One

I've been waiting for 5 years and it's a dream come true that RCBC and RCBC Savings Bank have finally given their clients with easy internet access to accounts. Introducing RCBC Access One which could be accessed through www.rcbcaccessone.com.

Now, you can access the transaction history of your rcbc accounts online. Transaction history is available for the last 90 days, you will see your account's movement. You can also schedule payments for your bills. Fund transfers are now made easier through this portal.

Room for Improvement
The process of changing the passwords right after the very first login is redundant and really inconvenient. It would have been better to eliminate the nomination of the passwords at sign-up because it would only be changed when the user logs in for the first time. Also, I have noticed that I need to update the information under the My Profile  tab even though I have already filled up the answers to the questions at sign-up.

Great Service
RCBC Access One is a great service for both RCBC and RCBC Savings Bank. This is a very helpful tool that appeals to both personal and business users. I'm thankful for RCBC for finally joining the digital bandwagon.

  3. This is a good sign that RCBC innovates. They can be the last one doing this online accounts, because majority of Philippine banks I think have online access.

  5. It is weird that it took them so long to add online services when most banks have offered that service for several years already. Still, it is great that they are offering that now. The problems you encountered will probably be taken into account and changed in the future :) I hope they read your blog :)

  9. This is amazing! Truly the banking system here in PH is improving. Although, it is best to give more security to online accounts like HSBC does. :)

  10. Ah, you know how it is with old-school companies modernizing; rarely a smooth process and rarely offering an ideal UX :)
