When I noticed that there was no indication on whether we had baggage allowance for our trip, I went www.airphilexpress.com to add baggage but it cannot be found anywhere in their Manage Booking tab or anywhere in their site. The Davao ticketing office won't answer my telephone call so I had to call long distance to their Cebu reservations office.
The customer service representative informed me that ALL AirPhilExpress tickets, whether promo fare or otherwise, includes 15 kg of baggage allowance. I was so happy to hear that! Wow! I think I'm gonna be flying Air Phil more often because of this!
