Have you tried calling a cellphone network's hotline and then took 10 minutes before your call is answered? Irritating, right? Wouldn't it be much better if the answers to all of our questions are just available on the internet?
That's what exactly Globe is offering to its users now by Globe Community, a portal where you can ask questions, help others find the answers to their questions, and simply communicate with both Globe and non-Globe users. This Globe Community portal actually reminds me a lot of all the forums (okay, fora!) that I've interacted with way back in my teenage years.
If you're 18 years old and above, go over at http://community.globe.com.ph/ and sign up to become a member. Share your knowledge by answering questions or simply browse the answered questions to learn.
During the Globe Community Event hosted at Park Inn by Radisson at Davao City, Globe has stressed the value that they give to their customers by listening to their feedback. They want to be where their customers are and they want to know the problems of their customers and would want to solve them as soon as possible. Thus, the birth of Globe Community.
So, what are you waiting for? Sign up and ask away at http://community.globe.com.ph/.
