I've known Charmaine, whom I fondly call Chum, way back in 1997 in Davao City Special School. She was a transferee then, enrolling on first year high school with her twin sister, Charisse. These twin sisters were known to be really good in baking. During high school, they bake and sell chocolate crinkles and I am one of their avid customers. These twin sisters have also outshone everybody in our Home Economics classes because they are really like professionals in baking even at their teens.

I made a research and a few list of Baking and Cooking suppliers in Manila. =)
I was an HRM student back in college and was very addicted to baking and cake decorating. Actually required talaga kmi na mahalin ang pagluluto coz its part of our course (walang choice). That time it was very difficult for me to buy and find these ingredients and equiptments. Lalo na sa DLSU-D Cavite pa talaga ako nag aral na Walter Mart Dasmarinas lang ang makikita mong nearest store at ang palengke ng Kadiwa.. =( wahhhh!!! Naalala ko ang Kadiwa na ang daming langaw.. yuckness! hehehe pero infairness, they have the best food coloring. n_n
Now that I am a mother and doing this baking stuff as a part time job, I am very delighted that I have known these suppliers. Az in! Sobrang nakakatulong sila. n_n Mas makakatipid ka pa ng bonggang bongga!

For HRM students who need Styrophor dummy cakes. Best way is the best place where you can find it. =) All shapes and sizes!
2. Bake Masters Food Ingredients Corp ( My favorite place =) )
Located along Sucat Road Paranaque City.
A supplier for bakery , confectionery, snack and also meat processing ingredients.
I heard that Bake Masters also offer baking classes and cake decoration for a limited slot only.

They have baking and cooking ingredients and equipment items, available in retail and wholesale quantities.
